Virtual - A health coach is there to be your partner, to help you create a path you can travel that leads to successful, lasting change.
Virtual - open discussion with others desiring change. Each session will focus on a particular topic such as weight loss, nutrition, or stress.
In person - Choose a workshop and schedule a private session for you and your friends or for a team at work. Future availability in New England.
In person - attend a retreat focused on wellness while connecting with nature through hikes, kayaking, wellness walks and other activities. Not currently available.
